Confidential Complaint Process

Association communications described a formal complaint process intended to serve as the first step in reporting possible Building Code or Restriction violations. According to Association correspondence, complaint forms were to be submitted to the Association for review and documentation as part of the enforcement process.

Association communications further stated that, following submission of a complaint form, the Association could issue certified or registered letters regarding alleged violations and could pursue additional enforcement action if matters were not resolved.

Association communications also stated that complaint forms and requests for records should be sent to the Association P.O. Box so submissions and requests could be tracked and maintained by the Secretary as part of the Association’s recordkeeping process.
